Opportunity for Regional Project Controls Director PMC, Riyadh, KSA

leading International Project Management Consultancy Group with continued expansion into the KSA market supporting Private and Government Sector clients in their Build and Infra Portfolio developments.

The appointment of the Regional Project Controls Director will provide functional leadership to the project controls function and services to clients. The successful candidate will control and manage PC programming on  large scale projects including Masterplan, Buildings and INFRA.

Work with the leadership and give key input into the project programs, execution of large portfolio, bids and forward project strategy planning, lead a team and regional scope and be part of the mobilization team on major commissions.

You will need;

15 years’ experience in the construction and build sectors in major building and masterplanned projects.

10 years in Project Controls Management / leadership.

Hold a relevant Degree Ideally in Construction/ Civil Engineering.

5 years in the Middle East on large scale portfolio over $1Billion USD.

2 years with a leading international PMC (Project Management Consultancy) firm.
