Union Trading Company is looking to fill the below positions:

1- Sr. Category Manager preferably with FMCG background with more than 5 years' experience in trade management.

2- Head of Sales; the candidate will be responsible for settling the sales strategy for all brands.

Dispatcher Recruiting is urgently require (locallyfrom Kuwait only)

A-Must have experience in:

-Ensure accurate loading of materials&dispatch operations

-Organize, arrange priorities, schedule, &issue loading orders on a daily basis.

-Inspection skills for Vehicles, Back loaded materials&discrepancies.

-Matching order quantity,description&loaded with proper safety procedures.

-Control vehicle movements by managing the access barrier &log their entry &exit.

-Monitor movements with company vehicles.

-Coordinate with drivers for delivery&rig location related issues.

B-Skills & Education 

-High school/bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage. 

-Any specialized diploma or certificate course in Logistics or dispatch will be preferable.

-Related work experience 3 -5 years.

-Must be computer literate.

-Strong written & oral communication skills in English is essential & Arabic will be an added advantage.

-Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights, weekends and holidays.

-Position may need occasional work in open areas, varying temperatures, depending upon season.

-Strong physical ability.

Job Description

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

• Apply data program techniques and procedures

• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

• Keep information confidential.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator.

• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

• Familiarity with administrative duties

• Typing speed and accuracy

• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
