Job Summary: Monitor the stock of consumables & minimum stock items, Raise PR for such items, Receiving & issuing materials & spare parts, maintain the stock report in excel & posting in ERP, monthly stock taking and reporting, Arrange collection/ delivery of material from/to local venders & workshops, Ensure proper upkeep of the Warehouse by following safe handling and storage of the products, Tag the items with item codes & description, Coordinate scrap receipts in scrap yard and scrap disposal as per procedure, Housekeeping of WH, stores and scrap yard. Follow ISO procedures.
Requirement: Commercial degree or diploma, min 3 years’ experience in warehousing activities in a manufacturing facility, experienced in handling inventory, stock, issue, receipt, receiving inspection, invoicing etc. Computer proficiency in MS Office, Outlook. Preferably having knowledge in ERP system & experience in chemical handling
