RETAIL SALES MANAGER who will be responsible for directing and managing the retail operations and strategic decision making activities to ensure planned revenues are achieved for the territory in line with the business plan.
Responsibilities :
* Provide operational guidance to accelerate the development of the company's growth and expansion plans as per the budget.
* Drive sales activities to ensure promotion of the existing and new stores. Constantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss.
* To ensure adherence to current policies and procedures, staff and security issues across the territory.
* Provide management with different analysis for retail operations, forecast, monthly and quarterly expenses and capital allocation
Experience Requirements: 10 - 12 Years in Retail/Fashion industry.
