The HR Generalist will be a key team player by: 

Executing Talent and HR strategies, programs, processes and toolkits to support the operations strategy.

Consulting with the Operations team on a broad range of HR topics: employee relations, performance management and calibration, workforce planning, compensation and career pathing.

Leading the talent acquisition process, with Operations leaders, from requisition to onboarding for all non-exempt hourly and exempt salary operations roles.

Skills, Education and Certifications:

BA/BS in Human Resources or related field. CIPD, CHRP, CHRM is helpful.

5+ years of experience working inside UAE, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflicting points of view and negotiate an appropriate resolution to issues.

Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement. 

Job Location - Al Ain 

Salary - AED.15,000 

Must speak & write Arabic
